Beautifully thin and light (for a Lenovo). I did crack the screen once and got it replaced, but other than that, it’s not had to be serviced at all. The battery life is not great, but it wasn’t great in the first place. In great shape, gently used. It was crashing weirdly a couple of weeks ago and I just bought a new one. Since then I updated the software and it seems fine, lol. It’s never given me ANY trouble up until then, and I still thought of it as new. This model is amazing - it’s like the Toyota of laptops. I’m adding three power adapters: one is the original Lenovo, the other two are generic but they work fine.
